Conveyor Access platforms and Ladders

One of our food industry customers had a new conveyor system installed but struggled with access to the motors and transfer sections.

We were asked to provide a fixed cost quotation along with some sketches of ideas, we proposed using some existing platforms to provide access to the new platforms, with vertical access ladders to the ‘ land locked’ areas.  The access ladders come complete with punched anti-slip rungs, self-closing gates, security panels and safety cages; whilst the platforms had folded chequer plate flooring to give an easier surface to clean after spillages.

The main frame of the steel platform, ladders, and handrail were hit dipped galvanised, with the safety panels and flooring in self colour aluminium.
